1. Overview

Gems respects your privacy. This privacy policy explains what information is (and is not) collected by the app, and how it’s used.

Gems does not require account creation and does not collect personally identifiable information like your name or email address.

2. Data Collected

Gems itself does not collect or transmit any of your personal data. Your saved bookmarks, tags, and collections remain on your device and, if you use iCloud, are stored in your private iCloud account, managed by Apple.

For users in the European Union, please note:

By using Gems, you consent to the transfer, storage, and use of diagnostic data by Google and its service providers in the United States or other countries outside the EU. Privacy and data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your home country.

For more details, please review the Crashlytics Terms.

4. Your Data, Your Control

Since Gems does not store your content on our servers and does not use tracking, there’s no user account to delete and no user data stored outside of your own devices or iCloud.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app or on our website.
